Dr. Grant Kim combines chiropractic with soft tissue therapy to treat musculoskeletal injuries. His practice focuses on the treatment of sports, repetitive strain and traumatic injuries of the spine, upper and lower extremities. He has been practicing in the Tri-Cities area since 2000. We also offer massage therapy.

Starting October 2011, Dr. Kim is available Thursdays, from 5:00-8:30pm, at Kula Yoga’s brand new studio in Port Moody (Suter Brook Office Building).

Dr. Kim is a certified provider of Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) ®. A.R.T ®. is a manual therapy that locates and breaks up scar tissue. Scar tissue can form as a result of trauma, overuse or repetitive motion of muscles, tendons & ligaments. The resulting soft tissue dysfunction can lead to swelling, inflammation and pain. A.R.T. ®may help with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as:

neck & back pain
headaches
whiplash
tennis/golf elbow
knee pain (iliotibial band syndrome, patellofemoral syndrome)
hip pain
shoulder pain (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tendonitis)
plantar fascitis (Effectiveness varies for each patient)

Dr. Kim enjoys speaking to various groups about the benefits of chiropractic & A.R.T.® He has spoken to groups and given demos at the Runner’s Den, PoCo Running Room and Leah Pells’running clinic. Dr. Kim has provided therapy at the following events/races:
