Grant Kim combines chiropractic with soft tissue therapy to reduce pain and increase flexibility and performance. Since 1999, Grant has been treating spine, soft tissue & sports injuries in the Tri-Cities.
Dr. Kim is a certified provider of Active Release Techniques (A.R.T.) ®.
A.R.T. ® is a manual therapy that locates and breaks up scar tissue. Scar tissue can form as a result of trauma, overuse or repetitive motion of muscles, tendons & ligaments. The resulting soft tissue dysfunction can lead to swelling, inflammation and pain. A.R.T. ® may help with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions such as:
- neck & back pain
- headaches
- whiplash
- tennis/golf elbow
- achilles tendonitis
- knee pain (iliotibial band syndrome, patellofemoral syndrome)
- hip pain
- shoulder pain (frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tendonitis)

Anne Horng, Registered Massage Therapist
Anne has been an RMT in the Coquitlam area for 10 years. She is currently an instructor at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster. She incorporates different treatment techniques such as myofascial release and muscle energy to treat both acute and chronic conditions. She enjoys educating her patients on simple ways to prevent future injury and maintain optimal health.
